The first HCT - Dubai Women's Alumnae Association was formed in 1995 by committed graduates who wanted to strengthen and maintain the ties which bonded them during their time of study as they embarked on their professional future. In November 2009, the CAREERS Department took upon itself to revive the Association by inviting some of the old members back and spreading the word to many new graduates to join. Resulting from this new enthusiasm is the new HCT - Dubai Women's Alumnae Association with a new Executive Alumnae Board. Board members developed the framework, bylaws, mission and goals of the new HCT - Dubai Women's Alumnae Association, which will guide its future activity.

To develop and sustain networking between the College, Alumnae, the UAE and international community to advance Emirati nationals as rising leaders and role models, as well as to promote the college as the first 1st college of choice.

Networking: Establish and maintain effective networks with all stakeholders for mutual benefit of the association, college, UAE and International community.

Advancing Emirati Nationals: Motivate and inspire Emirati nationals to become successful role models and leaders to make a change in the community.
