The Education program prepares you to teach in schools and contribute to the development of education in the UAE. The program was developed in coordination with Melbourne University, Australia. The curriculum is delivered in English and comprises English language studies, child development, education theory and teaching methodology as well as a range of complementary studies designed to broaden individual perspectives on education. A key component of the programme is teaching practice which gives students the opportunity to spend time in local schools and gain experience of how children learn in authentic settings. These visits which begin early in the first semester make our programme unique in the UAE.
