Non-current Applicants
Higher Colleges of Technology – Dubai (HCT - Dubai)  welcomes mature applicants and offers them the opportunity to peruse their post-secondary education and obtain a Bachelor Degree in various programs.

Non-current applicants are UAE Nationals who missed out on the opportunity to complete higher education or who have decided to join the work force after completing high school. HCT - Dubai seeks talented and competent Emirati women who want to develop their skills and earn a Bachelor Degree. HCT - Dubai offers Bachelor Degrees in 5 programs - Applied Communications, Business, Computer & Information Science, Education and Health Sciences. Classes will be held after working hours for employed students.

Bachelor Programs Student Entry Requirements
For Direct Entry into Bachelor Year 1, you need to meet English and Math requirements as per the below:
English requirements (Provide either one of the below):
• Academic IELTS overall score 5, with no skill below 5.
OR
• TOEFL PBT score of 510 with test of written English score of 3.5 or above.
For TOEFL score is accepted from Amideast Center in Dubai & Abu Dhabi only. In addition please ensure that Higher Colleges of Technology Registrar Office Site Code “1992” is provided when registering for exam to ensure that the original results are sent directly to the Registrar Office.
OR
• CEPA English score of 180 or above with writing band of 5

Math requirements (provide either one of the below):
• CEPA math test score 170 or above
OR
• SAT 1 score 500 and above
 
Please note that Original IELTS / SAT Results have to be submitted directly to NAPO or HCT - Dubai Student Affairs Admission Officer for verification and processing.
