DWC invites you to become a member of Student Parliament. As a member, you will be able to obtain confidence, leadership skills and bring unique opportunities to other students on campus.

DWC Student Parliament Objectives
1. To give students a voice in college affairs and to encourage students’ participation in college activities.
2. To act on issues affecting students and communicate their needs and concerns to DWC Management, faculty and staff.
3. To act as a liaison between students and administration.
4. To provide students with unique opportunities to develop leadership and management skills.
5. To promote women as leaders by DWC Student Parliament projects and activities.

Student Representative Group (SRG)

Purpose of Student Representative Group (SRG)
1. To provide opportunities for students to grow into leadership roles.
2. To provide opportunities for students to join the Upper House in DWC Student Parliament.
3. To provide link to the campus communication for faculty, administration and the Student Parliament to disseminate information quickly through the whole student body.
4. To provide feedback on students’ needs, ideas and events to the supervisor.
5. To maintain active links between SRGs, as well as with the Student Parliament in order to assist Student Parliament in putting on major events.
6. To get involved in setting up clubs including charity and community events.
7. To create a sense of belonging, membership and leadership among the student body.
